What is the return policy?
All items are final sale. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@axisconnects.com within 7 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes - all purchases are final sale. Each item is produced in limited quantities, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@axisconnects.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
When will I get my order?
This is a limited drop.
If you selected event pickup, you’ll be able to pick up your items at the event you choose. If you did not choose a pickup location, your order will be shipped sometime in November 2025.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking details when it ships. Thanks for your patience while we pack up your bold new merch!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll see the exact rate before completing your purchase.
How do I care for my clothing?
To keep your pieces looking fresh and to preserve the sayings and prints, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Use gentle detergent
- Do not tumble dry - hang or lay flat to dry
- Avoid ironing directly on printed designs
- No bleach, no dry cleaning (no drama)
